The department carries out reconstruction of the anatomical and functional integrity of the dental arches. In cases of total edentulism we use removable prostheses resting fully on the gums (dentures), removable prostheses anchored to endo-osseous implants (overdentures), fixed prostheses on implant abutments.

Partial edentulism cases are solved with fixed dentures (bridges in metal resin or metal ceramic) on natural and/or implant pillars or with removable prostheses (skeletal) anchored to natural pillars using hooks or precision attacks. Replacing a missing tooth can also be resolved solely with the implantology (monoimplant).

In the case of impairment of an individual tooth, reconstruction can be achieved with single crowns or inlays. There is even a computerized system of print detection and construction of the compromised element (CAD-CAM). Finally we can realize, for aesthetic purposes, ceramic veneers for the rebuilding of the visible surface of the front teeth.
